Subscribers are required to pay for their subscription at the time of purchase and then every month thereafter on the same date each month. We may terminate your subscription and remove you from our Paper Me Pretty platform if your payment fails and we are unable to contact you to collect this. All products and materials within the subscription will always remain the property of the business and are not to be distributed or unlawfully reproduced.
Paper Me Pretty is not liable for any late payment fees or reclaimed failed payments by PayPal or Stripe. For customers making their monthly subscription payment through PayPal, it is your responsibility to ensure your bank card details are correct and up to date. Should you cancel your subscription with the Paper Me Pretty, it is your responsibility to ensure your recurring payment is also cancelled with PayPal directly to prevent any future payments being taken by PayPal.
Please make yourself aware of PayPal’s Privacy Policy if this is your chosen payment gateway for your subscription.
Paper Me Pretty does not accept payment in the form of cheques. Consequently, all purchases and membership subscriptions entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are paid.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Details on how to cancel your subscription can be found in the Member's Area. If you have any trouble cancelling your subscription yourself, you can contact us and we can assist you.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any of our digital products. If you have a monthly or annual subscription, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time as mentioned above.
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions.
